Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • This home is accessed by a steep paved road and a steep paved driveway. Both are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended year-round and are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.

Parking Information

  • There is only room for two (2) vehicles at this home.
  • Guests may not use the private driveway across the street to turn around, and parking in the street is not permitted. A $100 fine will be assessed for violations.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November-March). Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (dogs must be 15 pounds or less per dog) with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • 10% discount year-round for active members of the military. (Not able to be combined with other discounts.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen includes cooking basics and utensils. A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. Quantities are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • High-Speed Internet is available.
  • Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
  • Free parking is available on-site.
